DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
ORDER AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
The delivery price is not included in the price of the product.
In Croatia, the delivery cost is 25,00 HRK.
After clicking on “Place an order” with the completed form, the order is submitted and you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation, followed by another e-mail with an offer which contains our account number and the amount to be paid.

If the product is in stock, after the payment is visible on our account, we proceed with the shipping of the product. The deadline for handing over the products to the postal office or the delivery service is 3 working days. If the product is not in stock, we begin making it after visible payment. Since all our products are made by hand, we need up to 7 working days to make them. Upon completion, we send you the package via the GLS delivery service and notify you by e-mail.
As a rule, we send our products only by the GLS delivery service but can make an exception and send them via the Croatian Post upon you request. In that case, the delivery cost is 35.00 HRK. We cannot impact the delivery dates of the GLS delivery service or the Croatian Post. It is possible to arrange a personal collection at our address, in which case you do not need to pay the shipping costs.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Ordered items and shipping costs, depending on the amount of the order, are paid to our bank account via internet banking by a wire transfer – general payment slip – bank transfer.
Valid for customers with a delivery address in the Republic of Croatia. If you are interested in a delivery outside the Republic of Croatia, please contact us via e-mail for details.
